The RCS is a way to control Turbo Play from a web browser. You can set mute/solo/arm/volume/pan for each track.
If "Monitor" is enabled, then you can monitor Turbo Play output from the browser.

Turbo Play also enables remote recording (with latency) to Turbo Play from a browser. This requires a TLS connection so, on the first connection, your browser will warn you of a missing certificate - which you must bypass in order to be able to record from Turbo Play.
